The Service Manager is a PC application for the field service professional. It automates the process of managing incoming service calls and emailing work orders to the technicians in the field, which in turn can be forwarded back to the home office for invoice generation. The Service Manager integrates with Microsoft's Outlook Email and Intuit's QuickBooks Accounting. When combined with a tablet PC, it allows the field technician to interact with their customer and capture a signature.
