Sharing Data With QuickBooks
SmartVault enables you to scan and attach paper documents for convenient electronic storage sharing online. Scanned documents can be instantly attached to QuickBooks transactions and entries for easy reference. Once converted to electronic format, you can share any or all of your documents and/or your QuickBooks database files with outside users via the Internet, including your accountant and other services providers.
