The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

Excellent Product and Value

[05/03/2011] We found the SmartVault product on the Marketplace. We had a very thorough demonstration of the product and had multiple contacts with the company before deciding to purchase the product. Everyone that we worked with in evaluating the product were very knowledgeable. We ultimately decided to purchase the product to help minimize the paper records we are keeping and minimize the time it takes when we are researching issues. The product is much easier to use than that delivered with Quickbooks and it is easier for us to retain ownership of the data. Installation was very easy and everyone is up and running and we have had no problems. We are very happy with the product.
