Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[02/24/2010] We are Certified Public Accountants who use QuickBooks to prepare payroll for our clients. We recently chose GCFormer to integrate with QuickBooks for printing checks on generic check stock. Of the three check writing software programs we tested, GCFormer was the most straightforward program to use. The setup is simple and the interface is intuitive. We can now print to blank check stock and customize the check for our clients whereas before we had to purchase preprinted check stock for each client and store dozens of boxes. We would highly recommend GCFormer for your check writing software.
