[05/02/2011]  I saw some low score reviews on this site for DeskManager's interface to QB which made me speak out. Giving DeskManager a low score for what it does is not only untrue, it is unjust. I have been using DeskManager's QB interface for 2 years now, and the details that this interface can handle is unbelievable. I have spoken to AutoManager many times, and they have taken care of all little things to the point that it works hand in hand with QB like no other program I have seen. I strongly urge serious dealers to see for themselves how this interface works, and ask them for a Trial version. You'll then see what I mean. Great job AutoManager, and keep up the good work.

[04/10/2011]  All hype, that's what I heard prior to buying the Quickbook module and after nearly 2 years and hours of support call, I still have not been able to get one correct report or know what the sales, profit is. The only thing that is does well is to send expenses to quickbook to print checks.. That's what my $600 does for me. It writes my checks

[03/18/2010]  AutoManager's product DeskManager has the best QuickBooks Interface on the market, along with a list full of other great features. What I enjoy best about the QuickBooks interface is the ease of use. DeskManger easily assisted me with my chart of account creation and from there, updating accounts and tracking changes was simple. I was able to export my entire inventory, including the cost of add-ons and reconditioning to QuickBooks. As a buy here pay here dealer DeskManager also managed my clients payments. I can easily find the balance of each account whenever. Along with DeskManagers great QuickBooks interface there are many other features that make DeskManager the best DMS software out there.

[03/17/2010]  I have been using DeskManager for years now and find their software the best out there. They continually release updates that keep their software ahead of the competition. The best feature of their software is the quickbooks integration. I have never excelled in accounting and do not have the resources to afford a full time account. Fortunately DeskManager takes care of all my accounting needs. It reminds me of what accounts have changed and need to be transferred to QuickBooks. Overall DeskManager is the most affordable and easy to use software on the market.
