How easy is it for my customers or sales reps to enter orders online?
Your sales reps sign in, select an existing customer (or add a new one), enter quantities on a protected electronic order form, and click Submit. Your customers sign in, enter quantities on the order form, and click Submit.
How do orders entered through Open for Business get written automatically to Quickbooks?
Our staff takes your existing price list/order form and converts it to a protected electronic spreadsheet. You can make future revisions with only elementary spreadsheet skills.
As orders come in, the Open for Business Order Bridge automatically verifies them and writes them directly into QuickBooks.
You do not have to manually enter new customers into QuickBooks either. It's all automated.
How secure is my data?
Open for Business has VeriSign SSL certificates and TRUSTe certification. The VeriSign SSL certificate ensures the communications between QuickBooks and Santrio web services are secure. The TRUSTe certification ensures that all Santrio web services protect the privacy of its client's information.
How much of our QuickBooks information can my sales reps and customers see?
Only what you specifically allow them to view. Open for Business securely links with QuickBooks and is limited to: Sales transactions, Sales rep information, Dealer/customer information, Item/product information
And even these can only be seen by sales reps and customers if you specifically grant them permission.
Financial information (cash flow, balance sheet, P&L, payroll, etc.) is never accessed by Open for Business.
