Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[05/11/2009] We are trying to change the culture in our company from being reactive to proactive. So getting data out of QuickBooks and into a CRM package like Salesforce was critical.
The daily integration we have in place works well. It is not without an occasional hiccup however. Nonetheless, the service team is always responsive and willing to help out. I give them high marks for that. They sometimes presume a higher level of IT Systems knowledge that a small company like ours has, but they still find a way to get things done. This is very good.

[03/03/2009] Easy to install, easy to use. The help from Pervasive DataSync in setting up the program was A+. Everything done as promised. Could use a bit more in the way of customization options, but if you want plug-n-play functionality with great support, this one is highly recommended. We attempted to use another QuickBooks Sales Force integration tool last year and we gave up in frustration due to the frequent down time and the complexity of the set up process. The experience with Pervasive data Sync was a pleasant contrast, as we had frequent communications with skilled (and very nice) people who walked us through every step and quickly solved problems along the way.

[02/05/2009] We use this product to synch retail sales in Salesforce into QuickBooks. We were very satisfied with the integration process; the support we received was beyond my expectations. We had a more difficult integration process which caused some problems in the beginning but the support team was amazing and worked out every kink! They work with you through every step, explain the steps thoroughly. We chose this product because it was very easy to use and straightforward. It makes our accounting system more streamlined and operations easier - there are still manual steps but the product can be customized to fit your needs. The support staff is amazing!!!

Goal if Integration: import invoices from QuickBooks to Salesforce.com as opportunities.
Results: integration works as advertised.
The best part of the engagement was the implementation service. As with any software application, it’s not always the code but the service wrapped around the integration that will make it a success.
The implementation service was great; they did not let us go until it was completely up and running correctly. You can feel confident that they will work with you and walk you through the entire process.
If I had to make the decision again, I would go with pervasive.

[06/24/2008] Our business model is based on renting portable storage services – we track our rentals every 28 days, through the use of salesforce.com. We were using a custom application to synchronize our Salesforce CRM accounts to our QuickBooks customers. However, QuickBooks and the Salesforce API are upgraded often and our custom software could not easily be tweaked to stay on top of the changes. Pervasive Software’s experience and leadership in the integration market made our decision to go with Pervasive DataSynch easy for us. We gained significant time saving and productivity by having automated bi-directional data transfer with this powerful solution. We were impressed with Pervasive’s expert customer support staff. They are one of the best teams I have worked with. With their help, we streamlined processes and enhanced our operations.
