Yes, the basic SmartTurn monthly fee includes as many mobile users as you’d like at no additional cost! All you need is a wireless enabled device running on Windows Mobile 6.0 or CE 4.2 or higher and Internet Explorer. Though not necesssary, SmartTurn has certified a range of hand-held devices from popular manufacturers like Motorola/Symbol, Psion/Teklogix among others to stay cutting edge and ready for next generation devices.

How do I get my Mobile device to sync with the SmartTurn desktop application?
We take care of that for you. All transactions that occur on the Mobile device are in “Real-Time” meaning that you don’t have to worry about syncing your mobile device with a database, it’s an automatic process. You don’t need any special software either. A high speed internet connection running on Internet Explorer 6.0 is all that is needed to sync the data!
