Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[08/06/2010] We purchased this system approximately four years ago. We have had problems since installation. It took months to bring all locations on line. We have had numerous updates. After installation there were numerous payroll calculation problems. At one point I was literally calculating the payroll by hand. We keep hard copies of our payroll because the software is still uable to calculate all hours correctly and many manual changes are needed. The lesson learned is to make sure that you are very specific about your needs. Ask company to provide you with references demonstratong that they are able to perform the applications that you request. Do not take their word for it or allow them to develope their software on you.
