How does Staff Files Pro differ from QuickBooks Employee Organizer?
Staff Files Pro and Employee Organizer (EO) are very different programs. Though EO does add a few additional fields to QuickBooks (i.e. department, emergency contacts and I-9 information), it is mainly a resource for legal/compliance information. Staff Files Pro includes all of the fields in EO and more. Staff Files Pro is a complete employee database that allows small businesses to store and retrieve personnel information, track sick and vacation time, perform evaluations, and more.
Is Staff Files Pro quick and easy-to-use?
Yes. The program is very user-friendly. The quick-tab design allows you to easily navigate through your employee records. Plus, the employee list is always visible, allowing you to quickly jump from one employee to another.
