Can I use Dispatched Mobile for my salespeople to complete an order from in the field?
Absolutely, Dispatched Mobile was designed for sales personnel and field technicians to complete orders in the field, whether that is an estimate, sales order, or work order.

What kind of mobile device does it require?
Dispatched Mobile was designed to work on any mobile device that has an internet connection. This includes mobile phones ranging from the standard free phone that comes from your phone service provider to PDAs/Smartphones or Tablet pcs and Laptops. If your device has internet, Dispatched Mobile will run on it.

Is there any type of syncing or waiting until the device gets back to the office?
Nope. When we say Real Time, we really mean Real Time.

What about time tracking and GPS?
Yes. Dispatched mobile has automated time tracking features that can be sent to employee time cards in Quickbooks. GPS is a real time GPS device that gets installed in the vehicle. GPS is fully integrated into the core software with geofencing, speeding alerts, and reporting.
