Sharing Data With QuickBooks

State 1 is linked to a QuickBooks company via a one time simple setup. Thereafter, State 1 automatically connects to the company whenever that company is selected in State 1. At that time general ledger data is automaically obtained from QuickBooks and stored in memory for use by State 1. This results in very responsive real time access to the data and rapid report production. State 1 does not update any QuickBooks data.
