[03/22/2011]  We needed a CRM solution that integrated perfectly with QuickBooks. This was the only solution that was designed with that goal in mind. Our entire Sales and Shipping departments are using Results full time now and only our accountant needs to now use QuickBooks. Communication with our customers, between departments and syncing with QuickBooks is flawless. You will not find a better value or better customer support anywhere else. We have had endless support and assistance, at all hours of the day/night and often directly from the President. This solution practically worked right out of the box and Results has been a real joy to work with. I can't recommend this solution enough! Also, we have discovered that it works perfectly with ShipRush!

[07/26/2010]  We have been using Results for just under 2 years now. We initially meet with the owner to discuss our needs. He and his staff worked tirelessly to provide us with a product that would best fit our company needs. Many changes took place in the software based on needs we had and needs that made sense to provide future customers of Results. Anytime we had a question or application change, their staff was quick to respond. We have seen several upgrades at no charge as they worked developing Results to where it is today. With an ever changing business environment with how we interact with customers and with QB, Results is the choice as it will grow with you while your business grows. Results has allowed us to communicate our project status with our customers and with our own staff on every aspect of the job. Results was the tool we searched for and has delivered! I would recommend the Results program for just about any industry needing an interface program with QB to take your business and communications to your customers to a new level. [06/17/2010]  We have been using Results for about a year now. The software is irreplacable. It works flawlessly. If something is not provided, their developers will add it if it makes sense. Whenever support is contacted for any reason, they go out of their way to make sure that what they tell you is absolutely correct and that the answer is acceptable. If something is wrong, they seem to stop what they are doing and make sure to correct it in as little time as possible. We have gotten several custom releases free of charge simply to address concerns of our users sufficiently. This is a top notch company!

[06/17/2010]  Results Software has finally provided our team at Sign A Rama Deerfield Beach Florida a Quickbooks Integration product that moves our company forward from a financial base (Quickbooks) to one that seamlessly combines the necessary financial information of Quickbooks with a powerful customer relationship management tool. We have now been able to raise our level of customer service well above the competition and have been sucessfully using the automated processes to enhance our marketing efforts. In only a few short months of this new integrated approach we are already seeing a significant ROI! Thank you Results for a wonderful product and the responsive support you have provided. This is a terrific value considering the price point and we highly recommend this vendor.
