Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[07/02/2008] We are a small business that manufactures and sells Autopetfeeders to Distributors and retail customers. We have been looking for a compatible CRM package that would accommodate our process flow for quite some time. A CRM package for small business has to accommodate the business model as well as integrate with QuickBooks bi-directionally so that the accounting issues are resolved simultaneously. Many CRM packages that we analyzed accommodated one or the other, but not both. Transfer of data between the CRM and QuickBooks is accomplished to some extent by many software packages. But, as a manufacturer, there is typically a shortcoming when it comes to dealing with contacts to provide direct customer service to the end user of the products. As a small company we sell to distributors who in turn sell to end users or end clients. We also sell to end clients sometimes. None of the CRM packages we investigated allow for easy access, record-keeping and identification at all client levels. Almost all CRM packages are capable of identifying the distributor who sold the product to the end customer, but not the end customer along with his invoice or sales receipt details. This is a big problem for a company like ours, that does distribution and retail sales. Results has this capability and also has quick search and reporting capabilities for all kinds of client, product, vendor and employee data - due to their effective use of a central database structure, intelligently integrated with both Outlook and QuickBooks. Results Open Database structure also adds the potential to read and write into or from other programs or sources. There are many useful features that are good in Results but the one that made the system right for us is the focus of Results on managing Business Processes and the availability of Business Information. With Results our sales, customer service and shipping departments all have a complete picture of the business, so we can instantly respond to customer calls and requests.
