[10/02/2007]  I've used prolinQ for over 6 months now and I have to say seldom does a product deliver a return on my investment that meets my expectations. For $24 a month per user, this is one that does. First of all, because prolinQ is web based, there was no software to install. Internet Explorer came with the laptops I purchased and that was all I needed to access prolinQ. The program is simple to use and the training provided by InterlinQ got us up and running the same day. InterlinQ even uploaded my material and client lists making the initial set up easy. They also provided my guys with a Quick Reference Guide to refer to on the road. I use prolinQ on both the Service and Construction sides of my business. I have literally reduced my payroll processing and job costing time from over 8 hours bi-weekly to less than one hour. I've eliminated 2 hours per day keying invoice descriptions into QuickBooks using prolinQ's interface and I've improved my cash flow. My Construction Project Managers get a daily view into their jobs and better yet, I can also log into jobTrac anytime from anywhere I have internet access and see the status of my jobs. I can go on... This is certainly a tool well worth considering.
