DuoShare Address Quality Integrator keeps addresses in QuickBooks Online Edition clean and qualifies mailing list for postage discounts.
All customer, employee, vendor and other QuickBooks addresses are validated with precision delivery point verification. Missing information is added, existing information is standardized and common mistakes are corrected. Optionally, and at no additional charge, address records can be automatically updated when people and businesses move from one location to another. Bad addresses are identified, and can be reviewed and corrected using DuoShare provided messages and hint data.
Use DuoShare to perform all the necessary functions to qualify mailings for USPS Automation Rates, which are substantially lower than using a postage meter or stamps. Additional web-based features allow merge/purge, duplicate detection and removal, bar-coded mailings and low-cost marketing list acquisition.
Price is $145 per company file per year (includes multiple users and 12 mail preps). Each additional mail prep is $24.95. Mail prep includes PS Form 3553, Presort Qualification Report, postage statement, and tray tags, all which can be easily printed on your printer. Other non-QuickBooks address data can be uploaded directly to our website for analysis, correction and mail prep.
