Sharing Data With QuickBooks

BidMagic features a 2-way QuickBooks interface that is powerful and easy to use. Send BidMagic proposals directly to QuickBooks Estimates, Invoices and Purchase Orders. BidMagic can also create multiple Purchase Orders in QuickBooks, sorted by vendor. This avoids double entry and keeps both in sync. Also available for multi-users with local networks, servers or web connections.

Technical Support

Up to 90 minutes phone support and unlimited email support included in Software Assurance plan. Telephone support available 9am-5pm Pacific Time. No charge during first calendar year. Also includes software updates at no charge. Requires renewal each January to keep software up to date and functioning. If not renewed, software stops working.
