What information is being supplied to QuickBooks?
Inventory invoices are entered in STORIS and once approved a Bill is created in QuickBooks. The accounting entries for all operational activity in STORIS is then sent to QuickBooks, i.e., Cash Receipts, Sales, Receipts of Merchandise.

Can I operate multiple companies on STORIS and QuickBooks?
Yes, STORIS has multi-company logic and allows to you send your accounting data to each company as desired.

Can I run reports by store/class?
STORIS uses QuickBooks’ classes to denote your stores. STORIS will pass this information to QuickBooks to allow for any report using class to be generated.

Are there reports that show what information has been sent over to QuickBooks?
STORIS provides standard reports which show data sent to QuickBooks and data waiting to be sent.
