[01/04/2012]  The product is marketed to be configurable to meet a company specific demand but on implementation anything not right out of the box cannot be accomplished easily. The solution does not work if your processes are not already matched to what Expense Wire offers. Their support team is disorganized and due to the "out of the box" mentality cannot address even the simplest of customization. It is not a product I would recommend to meet any but the simplest of needs.

[08/04/2010]  ExpenseWire has exceeded our expectations on all fronts. Foremost, the system is simple to use, in every role. The functionality delivered meets our needs, and we've found no significant gaps. What truly sets this vendor apart is their customer-centric approach. We rarely need help, but when we do they are responsive. That matters to us.
