Sharing Data With QuickBooks

Within AccountLinx , a simple one-time process lets you you associate your QuickBooks Customer: Jobs, Service Items, and Employees with the jobsite, cost code, and worker names in The JobClock System.

Then, each time you run payroll, simply select the date range and AccountLinx will automatically transfer all the time and attendance information (including overtime) to the QuickBooks Weekly timecard.
