How does it work?
AccountLinx analyzes the time and attendance information gathered by The JobClock System, and quickly and securely transfers it to the QuickBooks Weekly Timecard.
Using a simple one-time “mapping” process, QuickBooks is linked to The JobClock System. From that point forward, your weekly payroll information is automatically exported to QuickBooks in as few as two mouse clicks. And every week, your payroll is accurate and your job costs are up to date.
What does it calculate?
AccountLinx calculates regular time, overtime, double time and assigns the time to the proper QuickBooks Payroll Wage Item. Then this information, along with the Customer: Job where your employee worked, and the Service Item (cost code), is transferred to the weekly timecard.
Will it transfer overtime?
AccountLinx automatically transfers overtime from The JobClock System. You can enter your own overtime rules, which is then applied to the hours worked by your employees.
When you perform an export, overtime is automatically calculated, then applied to the proper Payroll Wage Item in QuickBooks. There’s no more complicated manual calculations or entering the data into spreadsheets and using formulas.
