[09/07/2009] WaspTime Pro Version 6 is a really great product for people who want to automate the importing of payroll into QuickBooks. There are some understandably necessary safeguards in place such as the Wasp software’s inability to overwrite your QuickBooks data when importing, but this is actually a positive point. At first we were having very much trouble configuring this integration, but the staff at WASP was very helpful even offering to remotely connect and assist. This service along with their lifetime support clause makes this a very easy decision for anyone looking for a great solution for time clock needs. The RFID scan cards that we chose also work great in a manufacturing environment since there is no magnetic strip to get torn up from metal dust etc. I would recommend this product and this company.

Slow to Update to Current Version of QuickBooks

[01/22/2009] We purchased this product specifically because of its QuickBooks integration. However three months after the release of Enterprise Edition v9 Wasp Time still does not support it. They do not even have an estimated support date at this time. While the Wasp software itself works fine, we are left printing a list of hours worked and hand typing them into QuickBooks. We can import employees from QuickBooks, but not export hours to QuickBooks. So much for integration. The rest of the features and performance don't matter much when the key feature does not work.
