Sharing Data With QuickBooks

FundsFix uses standard QuickBooks data. Funds are defined with QuickBooks classes and the relationship between classes, Funds, and accounts are defined in the setup window. Once setup, FundsFix automatically keeps Funds in balance by tracking earnings and inter-fund transfers. FundsFix is accessed from the QuickBooks menu system so there is no need to switch programs. It also provides a Fund cleanup operation that works with QuickBooks cleanup to safeguard Fund balances.
