[04/04/2009]  This did not work on my system that had a year's previous entries. Trying to save that history caused irresolvable problems without completely re-entering the prior year. Customer service was great but there is no refund if it does not work for you. I believe this system will work on any QuickBooks system that starts from scratch or does not need to retain prior year comparisons.

FundsFix fills a big hole in Quickbooks

[06/05/2008]  I bought 2 licenses, one for a non-profit counseling center, the other for a church. FundsFix is indispensable. If you use the recommended way of tracking funds with Classes, QuickBooks fails to provide a way to track fund balances -- a particularly important part of non-profit operations. With all of QuickBooks' features, I find it hard to believe they do not provide this capability. I came across FundsFix as I was searching the Internet for a solution to my problem. It has allowed me to restructure our books so that our bookkeeper is much more efficient and accurate when entering transactions.

[08/07/2007]  We are a music presenting nonprofit organization and need to track various funding sources including endowment and grant funds. Previous to using FundsFix we were using class codes but it was a largely manual process to determine Fund balances. FundsFix now gives us a side by side comparison of our various Funds. Since we were already using QuickBooks class codes, adding FundsFix was straightforward. FundFix has also helped us streamline our fund tracking. FundsFix was easy to install and set up and QFix Software has been responsive to our questions. We would recommend FundsFix to anyone who needs to do Fund Accounting in QuickBooks.
