Customer Survey

The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[01/26/2012]  After a full year of trying every service oriented program out there - they were either way too complicated to roll out in a short time frame or so buggy that it rendered them useless. The folks at SSK are top notch, always very responsive and the program itself continues to improve on an already great concept. It has taken me from "ready to give up" to a level of organization I didn't think possible. Can't say enough good.

[01/25/2012]  I've tried every type of scheduling solution online. Service Sidekick is the best scheduling software I have ever seen. It's so simple, you can be up and running in 1 hour. But it's serious enough that you can customize anything you need to. Our employees love it, it's so easy to use, and it makes us look very professional when dealing with customers. We have over 14,000 annual customers that we deliver bulk landscape supplies to. Service Sidekick is perfect for small and large companies alike. Their service is always awesome. The people are great to deal with and they're really smart. Seriously, what are you doing??? Sign up, set your preferences, and get rolling.

We can handle twice as many customers with half of the wasted time we use to have. This has allowed us to focus on smaller jobs where we don't have the same level of competition and a higher profit margin. ServiceSidekick has been a great find for our operations. [04/06/2010]  I have a tree service company. Dispatch, scheduling, estimates, work orders, customer data base etc. has been a nightmare to keep organized. So many things were slipping through the cracks. We have no IT guy and are basic level computer literate. We needed something that was simple but extremely efficient and compatible with QuickBooks online. I tried another dispatch software program I found online and it became an extremely expensive nightmare. It created more problems than I already had. I happened upon Service Sidekick but was very wary because of my previous experience. The sales rep who dealt with me was more than patient, very professional, courteous and very, very thorough. I'm sure I wasn't the easiest sale because of my reservations but he went above and beyond my expectations. We did the 14 day trial but only needed to use the program for 3 days to decide that we absolutely had to have it. Not only was it a fraction of the cost of the other program, but it was compatible with QuickBooks online, and the customer service was 5 star. As a locally based company, their time zone is compatible with mine and they are always easy to contact, easy to understand with no automation or excessive hold times. Their follow up is top notch. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel very, very strongly that this software is a service company's best friend! I can't imagine how we ever managed without it. Gigi
