Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

This means that ServiceSideKick.com has enabled us to have a full life-cycle management tool at an extremely low cost. Beyond the obvious, the real reason that I entrust an integral part of my operations to ServiceSideKick.com is because I am able to receive customized solutions to unforeseen circumstances and have direct access to support staff that provide timely solutions.

I implemented Service Sidekick to help manage my service business and I cannot believe we did not do it sooner. Every service business should at least try Service Sidekick (which you can do for free risk free). Once you use it you will never turn back. We have regular reoccurring monthly services in addition to adhoc service calls. Managing all the customer jobs, invoicing and the technician schedules was almost impossible before Service Sidekick – now (just a few short few months later) we have an easy to use service management system backed by an the best support staff I have ever seen in the software industry.
Service Sidekick is AWESOME software on so many levels.
Incredible and AWESOME support – these guys are there to help you and they respond instantly and competently when you need help – I cannot say enough about the quality and speed of the support. Not once have I had a question that wasn’t immediately addressed. Also when you first start up they will walk you through your entire implementation step by step and answer any questions no matter how mundane.
Seamless QuickBooks Integration – it really does work with no problems – I was so pleasantly surprised that my QuickBooks data was imported so cleanly and daily transactions like invoicing and payments are seamlessly feed back and forth between the two programs.
Easy-to-use – all the functionality you need and so easy to use. Service Sidekick has custom reports that are so easy to create and allow you to easily and quickly access all you data (customer or job related).
Painless Implementation – I have implemented many new software programs and I have never had an implementation that was so hassle free and so QUICK! It took hours not months!
Risk-free – no upfront costs – real live working trial. The model works really well – you pay as you go so you do not have to sink $5,000 into software – in this economy I cannot imagine a better way to get the software you need and the value for the quality of the software is outstanding.
GREAT SOFTWARE – Service sidekick works really well – it is bug free and extremely quick (no waiting for transactions or reports). I was surprised that a web-based solution could be so powerful and so QUICK. Since it is web based you don’t have to worry about buying expensive hardware/servers to run the software on and since it is backed up by Service Sidekick’s redundant servers off-site so you do not have to worry and implementing risky disaster recovery programs including doing your own back-ups and maintenance. Service sidekick staff takes care of this for you and it is all included in your low monthly rental fee. Since the software is web-based, technicians and sales people can easily access it from anywhere with their own logins without you having to implement complex and costly remote access programs. Service Sidekick truly is GREAT software – clean, fast useful.

[02/04/2009] If you have a Small to Medium Service Business and you want to get started right away...then Service Sidekick is for you! Fully managing your customers and crews and not being dragged down in technology + setup down time/costs is a real benefit. We spent two years and thousands researching and dropping two failed CRM systems due to staff not being able to learn them easily enough before we launched Service Sidekick. The mobile app site they have is rock solid - with easy access from an iPhone or Blackberry or even a Netbook by our crews and estimators. The company service has been outstanding while we set this up. If you are looking to see how it works - they are the only company we found that allowed a 14 day trail without even so much as asking for our credit card (no pesky sales reps or ridiculous quotes etc). Give it a try as it is so Googlified you'll be up and running in 1 hour and when you dig deeper you'll find all the extra features you'll need. After two years I can not say this loud enough... [02/03/2009] If you’re in the service industry, (remodeler, handyman, journeyman, etc.) this product is for you. I searched for two years at different products looking for the right fit. All the products out there had various features, but this is the first one I found that has it all. And the link to QuickBooks (I use online) is fantastic. Don't let the simplicity fool you, Service Sidekick is robust.

[01/02/2009] This product amalgamates the value of QuickBooks in a profound way. Now our technicians are able to create estimates and invoices, while still on the road, using blackberry or laptops with wireless capabilities. That way, we can now speed up and streamline all our processes such as RMAs and Work Orders.
With powerful custom field integration it was possible to make this product do what our business needs.
Our previous CRM product had so many "bells and whistles" - it was hard to use and expensive to integrate. We love Service Sidekick as we are up and using it in a matter of hours! I recommend it to any small to mid-size service business.

This product is also very easy to use, so you will learn in just under an hour how to use it.

[08/31/2008] Service sidekick is a great product, it has all the features I need and great QuickBooks integration.
But even better is the support, they are extremely prompt, personal and accurate on fixing what’s wrong or teaching you how to use it. I plan to use this product for a long time.
Also they are very open to adding new features that you may want, and are happy to discuss them with you, how to implement them or another solution that will do it already.
