What are the system requirements?
Since Service Sidekick is fully managed web-based application, all you need is a web browser and QuickBooks 2007 or later. Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox, Safari, or Chrome will work fine.

Yes. To ensure data security we backup all accounts nightly to multiple locations. All data is encrypted during transmission with industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology. This is the same encryption used by banks for online banking.
