The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[10/26/2009] Our company purchased the program in June 09, since then we have not able to use it properly yet. We always run into the problem with the program.
It is very difficult deal with the support term. To get answer for the questions and problems sometime will take up about two months.
This company never answers the calls and returns the phone calls on message or email. We are still waiting for someone to call or email us back for the billing issues.
