Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[07/19/2007] Been using the service for just over 3 months and it's been great. The integration with QuickBooks is better than the other products I have used. The Management module was the main reason we chose this product. We used to spend a couple days preparing statements for owners and with this product it takes less than an hour. Really easy to customize and the customer support is excellent.
