Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

Not Pleased with Propertyware

[06/10/2011] After using Propertyware for 8 months, we have finally decided to go with another company. Their server is way too slow and often times out. When we have gone to owner's ledgers, they show double payments being made. There is data one minute, then when you go back to check later, the data's missing. We have called and had a long wait time to talk to someone that only transfers us around to another person, that transfers us to another person. We are being audited by the state at the end of the month and we're quite nervous about the looks of our books. Then, today, Propertyware changes their report interface. We have found this program extremely difficult to use. We receive a lot of complaints from owners and tenants when trying access their portals.

[05/24/2011] I don't run a huge organization and I was initially a bit concerned about the complexity of the system but we've been on it for over 6 months and I wouldn't want to go back to where we were. The most valuable aspect is the self service tools which takes a lot of work of my team. I'd like to see a little better support but we were pretty through abut the implementation and haven't had too many support issues.

[01/16/2011] As a QuickBooks Pro I am glad to have this software download to my client files, BUT the system is full of flaws and the accounting portion is very poor. I like the tenant management. Support is very limited and most of the support people I talk to know little about the software. At three years now, we are looking for something else. Some days we wait a week for help and have been locked out, lost data, and overall had to stop work.

[02/24/2010] The Propertyware software has been a great fit for us and the biggest challenge is wrapping our heads around everything that it has to offer. Being able to sync seamlessly with QuickBooks was what brought us in, but being able to publish monthly statements to a portal and track ROI for advertising sources is what has kept us. Great system!

[02/19/2010] This product is amazing. It's basically the salesforce.com of property management. Custom views, alerts, dashboards, infinitely customizable reports, notices and letters, epayments, portals, screening, website... built in accounting yet it all syncs with QuickBooks. I've been a customer for 3 years and it just keeps getting better.
