Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[01/24/2012] CCRQBOM adds functionality that just isn’t available in QuickBooks. You can view or print all levels of an assembly and the output is fully customizable. Their Tech staff is very responsive and has never failed to help me with any questions or problems I encounter. If you use QuickBooks, you need the CCRQBOM program.

[03/03/2011] If you use assemblies this is a must have item, not only does it expand the functionality of the assembly item process, but it just makes it easier! This software makes building nested assemblies easy. We build a variety of products and CCR has been a huge help. Support is also great, very fast responses and very helpful.

[06/13/2010] I too was looking into more expensive manufacturing software when I tried CCRQBOM. It allowed us to finally get a handle on builds and their inventory requirements. But more important was the support I got when I was having a problem developing a custom report. I sent an email to support at 3:30 PM on a Friday, really not expecting a reply till Monday. But within minutes I got a response and a quick explanation of what I needed to do to keep going. I keep being surprised by all the feature I got for $150.00. Great Program.

[02/11/2010] It's the reporting flexibility that makes the difference! How many times have i said, "I know the information is in there, i just can't get it out how i want it?" CCRQBOM let's us build our BOM pick list how we like it. Also the support is excelent - Charles will tailor make a solution for us if it's technically possible - which is what we need. Great stuff CCR
