Will this work with non-US versions of QuickBooks?
This product will work with the Canadian 2009, UK 2008 and Australian 2008/2009 versions of Premier (and later years). Older versions, or other non-US versions, are not supported.

No - all information is stored in your QuickBooks data file. No re-keying of data, no importing or exporting.

Do you have a version that runs on Windows Vista?
Yes, version 3 (or later) will run on Windows Vista if you have installed the 2007 versions of QuickBooks (US versions only)
