My Rent Roll Experience

[01/17/2012] I have been through 2 rent roll set ups for 2 different properties. I found it a lot easier to have Soft Green set-up the system for me. I never used rent roll prior to one year ago. I am very familiar with Yardi. But thing I LOVE about rent roll I can get in contact with ANYONE asap if I have any type of issue. Rent Roll has tons of screens and such that you have to use but everthing seams to be user friendly, but I did need help making sure everything was set up correctly. As you work with the system is is a lot easier!

[01/17/2012] Rent Roll is a must for property managers that want an easy to use program that integrates with quickbooks like they were made for each other. The support staff is very knowledgeable with there product as well as with QuickBooks. The initial reason I purchased this program was to expedite creating invoices in QuickBooks for all of our tenants. Rent Roll not only made this a breeze it has also solved my maintenance schedule issue. Thanks to rent roll I have much more time to do the things I love and I know the status of my properties with just the click of a button.

[01/20/2011] I have been using Rent Roll for about one year now. The more I use it, the more I realize all it can do. From keeping track of the vacantcies to late payments, and doing statements. Not to mention being able to generate a varity of notices or letters to tenants. It really works well with my accounting program by intergrating all data completely and accurately. Wonderful Program. I would recommend it to anyone needing this type of program.
