Sharing Data With QuickBooks
FormCliQ captures data that otherwise would have had to be keyed manually, and transfers it to QuickBooks nearly automatically.
Data transferred into QuickBooks: All the fields you would normally key into QuickBooks manually are read and transferred after they are validated and found to be in balance.
Data read from QuickBooks: Existing QuickBooks items, expense accounts, etc.
Access to archived documents: Documents may be searched from FormCliQ, or accessed from QuickBooks via a mouse click

Support is provided via email. Free support is available during the evaluation period. Purchase price includes software support and maintenance in the first 30 days after purchase. This entitles users to installation assistance, and all updates and version upgrades as they become available during the applicable period.
FormCliQ software includes a menu item that facilitates submitting trouble reports and inquiries via their email system. Most inquiries and support requests are answered within 24 hours from the time they are received.
FormCliQ also includes extensive, easy to follow documentation and training tools: Quick Reference Guide, Full User Guide, and self-instruction tutorials.
