FormCliQ packages very advanced optical character recognition (OCR) technologies and reading algorithms to automate and greatly simplify data entry for businesses ranging from SOHO to larger organizations. Users click on the data they wish to capture once only for each document type. When such a document is scanned again, it is processed nearly automatically. Supporting documents can be processed too.

As you enter a bill, FormCliQ reads the summary data (such as vendor name, invoice/bill number, etc.) AND the detailed line by line data (such as items: description, price per unit, units, total cost; or expenses). FormCliQ checks for internal consistency of each line AND that of the entire bill. This reduces the chances of data entry errors and improves data accuracy, while replacing the tedious data keying process that is normally required.
