How it works:
Account Integration for use with QuickBooks® and Salesforce offered by Dynamic Ventures allows you to export an Account and/or Contact from your Salesforce account and then add it as Customer to QuickBooks.
The application supposes two distinct operations:
1. Exporting the Contacts and Accounts from Salesforce
2. Importing the Salesforce Contacts and Accounts as Customers into QuickBooks
The export process from Salesforce.com is very simple: with only one click, Salesforce Contacts and Accounts can be transferred to an external database. A great advantage is that in salesforce.com the user can edit the information that will be exported to QuickBooks, without modifying the data existing in salesforce.com.
The import process in QuickBooks is as simple as the export one: access a sub-menu in QuickBooks and select the Customers you want to import. Next, the application will create Customers with data imported from Salesforce Account or/and Contacts and will include information about the client name, address, email, phone, fax and account numbers (the last one is available only for the import from Salesforce Account).
