[07/10/2007] We had a huge problem with unique repeat charges from the same company (IE FedEx puts the tracking number on each individual charge) As a result we could not set an alias and had to manually enter thousands of FedEx charges. Now with QuickBooks Integrated eZ Credit Card Import we can search transactions by just FedEx or FDX to set an alias. This cuts about 6 hours out of our reconciling process each month!

[07/06/2007] Very good product, functions as advertised and certainly beats having to do a forced QuickBooks upgrade (as of 6-2-07 QuickBooks discontinued Webconnect support for the 2004 version). Further, found support very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Overall, I have had an excellent experience with this company and product.
