This software is not ready for POS 7.0 yet

[05/12/2008]  While this software on the surface looks good and the demo was great, in reality its one of the newer companies doing e commerce integration with QuickBooks and its just not ready. We felt more like a beta tester than a user. Regretfully we spent more sending in support tickets for errors than working with the software. Almost every single time we tried to upload either images or our product file to the website we encountered an error and they had to fix. While there were issues with our POS 7.0 database once that was fixed by QuickBooks we still had the same issues. Also programming your page templates for the site to line up with their tables was tedious at best. One of the biggest issues we had was they are located on the west coast and we are on the east coast and they didn’t offer support times for there east coast customers. Usually by the time we got a response back for a support ticket or other it was 1-3 pm in the afternoon which means we basically lost a day. They were constantly making changes to login features and back end item management of the site. We tried one test order and never could get it to import into the software properly which only added to the frustration. We worked with this for over 2 months and finally we had to move in a different direction and ended up choosing another vendor which has led to our conclusion that it wasn’t ready to be released.
