Eager Customer Service/Great Custom Features

[08/11/2011] Pos2net has some great features that work really well with QB POS. Their interface between QB POS is unique. Pos2net is simple to use and elegantly programed. 2000 pictures of various sizes were transfered from the POS program files to the Netstore host in minutes. Other communications between the two were just as fast. Netstores is not a large company, and customer service is top notch. Adam spent hours with me on the phone my first day explaining all the features and answering my questions. He obviously has a handle on how QB POS and retail companies work, which is critical. He is also eager to please, which is refreshing. Adam will take your ideas for a website, and build it to suite or take your components and program them in. Which means that Netstores is hands-on as your website host rather than a template driven website that you configure yourself. Therefore, the building process takes time. For those who have the time and vision for a custom made sight, and like to discuss and work out all the features, I'm sure that once it's built they will be very pleased with it and the pos2net interface for QB POS.

[07/14/2011] I've reviewed and tried 7 different software solutions to integrate my retail store using Quickbooks with an e-commerce site. I could not find an affordable and easy setup, until I came across POS2Net!!! They had my entire 5,000 item product catalog online in 1 hour. I was walked through every step carefully and it couldn't have been easier to understand. I have never received better customer service in my life. This solution saved me tons of money and time, allowing me to focus on my business more and get my site up sooner!! TIME IS MONEY!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Highly recommended #1 Quickbooks POS solution!!
