How AppendIT works:
AppendIT goes to work when you save a new QuickBooks entity (customer, vendor, invoice, etc.). It automatically sets up a Windows folder named for that entity. All documents or images placed in the folder are linked to QuickBooks. Open the QuickBooks item and you can open its AppendIT folder using the QuickBooks COMPANY pull down menu. If you're not using QuickBooks, easily access the linked documents easily using Windows Explorer.
AppendIT is flexible. You control which QuickBooks entries can be linked and how much automation is used in the process. For example, rather than create folders for all existing QuickBooks data, you can elect to link old entries automatically or selectively, when you open them in QuickBooks. You also control where AppendIT creates the linked folders: On your PC or on a server, in a directory location you specify. Use Windows to control access.
