HOW AppendIT WORKS:

AppendIT goes to work when you save a new QuickBooks entry. It automatically sets up a Windows folder to hold related documents and files. Everything you place in the folder is linked: Documents, images, desktop shortcuts, links to Web pages, etc. From then on just call up the form for that entry and use the Company pull down on the QuickBooks menu bar to open the AppendIT folder. If you're not using QuickBooks, you can access the linked documents easily using Windows Explorer. AppendIT is the easiest way to manage all the supporting documents you need to run your business.

AppendIT is flexible. You control which QuickBoooks entries can be linked and how much automation is used in the process. For example, rather than create folders for all existing QuickBooks data, you can elect to link old entries automatically or selectively, when you open them in QuickBooks. You also control where AppendIT creates the linked folders: On your PC or on a server, in a directory location you specify. Use Windows to control access. Include AppendIT's directories in your existing backup procedure. It's very simple.
