Can Dyve Hours transfer data only from an XML file?
Indeed, the current version of Dyve Hours imports data from an XML file. But, our company can create an application adapted to your needs. More precisely, instead of an XML file, the import can be generated from any source.

Where are the files that I have imported in QuickBooks?
All the XML files imported into QuickBooks will be transferred in a folder named ImportXMLFiles. Moreover, the XML files that failed to be imported will be transferred in a folder named FailedXMLFiles. Both folders can be found in the same place where the XML file is located.

What QuickBooks templates should I use?
You can use the templates we provide with the installation kit and that are located where you have installed the plug-in. The Invoice and the Credit Memo templates contain information about the client name, the description of the client, PO Number, class, date range, worked hours (for the Invoice) or non-billable hours (for the Credit Memo).

What do I do when I get the following error message: “The class does not exist in QuickBooks”?
You need to verify that the QuickBooks ‘Use class tracking’ function is enabled; also, make sure that your QuickBooks company file contains the same class as the one displayed in the XML file.
