Instead of an Excel file, can we use another type of data source (for example, a CSV file)?
Yes. The Excel data source can be replaced to better suit your needs. Please contact us so we can adjust it for you.

Before the import, is the data from QuickBooks and the Excel file verified first?
Yes, it is. Any error will be reported and thus, the user can review and correct the encountered mistakes so that the import could be successful.

What fields will the General Journal Entry contain after the import?
The following fields will be imported from the Excel file: Account, Name, Debit Amount, Credit Amount, Date, Memo, Ref Number and Class. Of course, our company can adapt the Excel file to best meet your needs.

Is the Class field required?
No, it isn’t. The import can take place even if the Class field from the Excel file is not completed. Also, the application will import the completed Class field if Use Class Tracking option is enabled in QuickBooks (Edit -> Preferences -> Accounting).
