[04/16/2009] This was the answer we needed to pay commission based on applied payments, while backing out shipping. I'm not very technical, but this was very easy to get up and running and use. We did hit a glitch or two, one as result of our internal bad data. What motivated me to write this post is that the Support & Service is exceptional. Quite simply I was shocked by how available they are (they pick up the phone every time) and how quickly they were able to resolve my issue. That type of competent customer support is hard to find these days. Highly recommend.

[09/23/2008] I highly recommend the Commission Calculator program. We needed some modifications to the base program to fit our company's needs. These modifications were completed on time at a cost that was reasonable and within our budget. Customer Service was fantastic! All my questions/issues were immediately resolved. The program is easy to use. It has saved us countless hours of calculating commission via QuickBooks downloads.

[05/14/2008] I highly recommend this product -- it is easy to install, simple to learn, cost effective and does what is expected of it.
The base product required some modification to suit our specific needs, which was done before the promised due date and at a cost that was very reasonable.
The customer service was above and beyond expectations -- every request/communication was followed up quickly with action, not just words.

The program is easy to use and the support is unparalleled.
