Sharing Data With QuickBooks

MARS distinguishes itself from other MRP solutions by using the data you already maintain in QuickBooks. MARS retrieves data from the following sources:

- Sales orders, invoices, estimates

- Inventory items, assemblies, service

- Purchase orders, receipts

- Customer records

- Vendor records

Data is retrieved from QuickBooks using Intuit’s qbXML technology when reports are generated, and in turn, data is sent to QuickBooks using qbXML when purchase orders are created.
