Sharing Data With QuickBooks
Except for your user ids, passwords and system preferences, BarcodeTP does not store any data. Inventory data you select is retrieved from a QuickBooks® company database, updated and returned to the database via the wireless network when a transaction completes. However, BarcodeTP does cache data in SQL Server to enhance retrieval speed and retain each user's context.
