Sharing Data With QuickBooks
Mobile Manager is designed specifically to work and interact with QuickBooks Point of Sale v 5.0 - v 8.0. The mobile software sends requests to the pos database, receives responses back and displays the results on the handheld screen. QuickBooks item information can be displayed or changed by sending these requests in real-time to the QuickBooks database. QuickBooks memos are created where appropriate to create a permanent record of changes.
