Can more than one person do the picking and order fulfillment at the same time?
Yes. Selected pick lists can be printed for simultaneous picking. When using the Pocket PC option, sales orders can be loaded on to several Pocket PCs in batches and pick/verify simultaneously. Sales Order Verification can also be loaded on more than one PC with corded scanners to do receiving simultaneously. A combination of the above is also possible.

How can I find out which customer(s) bought a particular serial number or lot number in case of a warranty inquiry, return, or recall?
When the optional Verification database is used, it keeps track of additional item information such as serial and lot numbers logged by Invoice Verification, Sales Order Verification, and Purchase Order Verification together in one place. You can query to search by serial number, vendor, customer and/or transaction number. Corresponding QuickBooks transactions associated with the search criteria can be opened from the search results.

Does QuickBooks need to be open and running on the computers in the receiving area? I don't want my warehouse people to have access to QuickBooks.
No, QuickBooks does not have to be running to use our Verification software. However, for the initial set up and configuration of Purchase Order Verification QuickBooks does need to be open and logged into Admin in Single User Mode to connect to the company file for the first time.
