Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[12/04/2007] Wow! I thought for years that I was getting the most out of my business. I thought my invoices were accurate and my designers were tracking time accurately. Within a couple of days of using Function Point, I was proven wrong. Now my billable hours are up. My invoices and estimates are accurate and because of the QuickBooks integration, my book keeper is happy.
