Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

Great Integration with Quickbooks

[11/09/2010] Function Point has an excellent platform interface that integrates seamlessly with Quickbooks. No more double entries when creating expenses and invoices.
They also offer a very simple interface, which is very easy to use. Not to mention the CRM, Project Management and Collaboration modules.
Overall, it is a great system to use while managing your ad agency.
