Sharing Data With QuickBooks
Catalyst imports chart of accounts, sales tax codes, payment terms, sales orders, customers, vendors, and items from QuickBooks and exports customers, customer invoices, vendors, vendor bills, and items to QuickBooks.
Catalyst synchronizes changes to supported fields for customer, vendor, and item records, including inventory on-hand. Standard audit trail reports are available for COGS, invoices, and vendor bills. Error Log reports are also provided when encountering import/export errors.
Technical Support
Free product updates and email support are offered for the first year after the initial purchase date. In addition, you can continue to receive email support and product upgrades after the first year with an annual maintenance plan renewal. Custom programming services are available with separate agreement.

After the first year, annual maintenance plan renewals are $495 for product updates and email support only. Phone support and remote assistance maintenance plans are also available.
