Great in Concept, Not Ready for Prime Time

[09/21/2009]  Although this product appears to have all the bells and whistles required by a company to manage inventory it's not yet marketplace ready. I've been running it for about six months and it seems weekly I find bugs that requires customer support. Just this week I was told for example the reason you can't get the recipients name on the packing slip is because it needs to be put into the address field. Can you imagine a packing slip that can't pull the recipients name from the software's database? Customer support people are extremely friendly and wanting to help however everything has to go back to their developers so you're typically out of business for 5-7 days with each occurrence.
