Will our data be secure using your “hosted” option?
We continually enhance our security measures to provide the latest, and highest level of security protections against unauthorized data interceptions, hacking intrusions/denial of service, and unauthorized access, including physical site protection. You can trust that your data is secure and backed-up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How fast is DonorPerfect Online (will I have to wait a long time for information to appear on my browser screen)?
DonorPerfect Online continually monitors server performance and additional servers are added regularly to keep optimal performance. . Data will typically display in less than 2-3 seconds. In fact, we are up to 10 times faster than our competitors in comparison surveys.

What about training?
When you sign up for DPO GO you’ll receive our Getting Started Guide and Documentation Manual. The Getting Started Guide includes a tutorial to familiarize you with common tasks such as entering donors and gifts. In addition, we offer group training in the form of virtual classes called webinars as well as one-on-one training by phone or on-site.
