Yes, MISys Manufacturing creates a sub-ledger batch in MISys and posts the transactions to a sub-ledger in the QuickBooks GL. You can push or pull Sales Orders from QuickBooks into Work Orders in MISys and then transfer the built or assembled items into QuickBooks Sales Inventory.
