[11/19/2007] I believe that Atandra has a very impressive product, especially considering the number of different shopping carts they can be adapted to.
I do feel that customer service is very poor. While they offer a support package, they have consistently failed to deliver responses to trouble tickets within the promised amount of time. A year ago, I was willing to give them room to improve, but now a second customer wants to use T-Hub, and I'm seeing no improvement in customer service in the past year.
