[08/07/2009] I purchased the program to export our custom Sales Order forms from an Older QuickBooks Premier 2005 version on a Friday. It worked right away, but some of our custom columns did not show. I posted my problem and within 3 - 4 e-mail exchanges over the weekend my problem got solved by their latest version of the software. I was extremely impressed by the level of knowledge and customer service. I would highly recommend the entire product, because I know the work and will be made to work. I am very impressed!
