Sharing Data With QuickBooks
The IntelliTrack Plug-In integrates IntelliTrack ISRP with QuickBooks™ through sharing of data. The Plug-In imports data from QuickBooks automatically based upon a user-configured interval or manually. ISRP sends data back to QuickBooks either in real-time or through manual posting. The Plug-In retrieves customers, inventory items, vendors, sales orders, and purchase orders from QuickBooks. Once the orders are processed in ISRP, the Plug-In creates invoices or item receipts in QuickBooks.
Technical Support
Support is provided in three ways: Email, single incident, and annual support agreements. Free Email operation and product support is provided for clients, prospects and Value Added Resellers (VARs). Single incident support addresses problem definition and isolation for an existing client.
An annual support agreement provides the customer with toll-free telephone technical support,
Email technical support and assistance regarding problem definition and isolation, general use of the Software, and suggestions for customer-created enhancements. During the term of the Agreement, IntelliTrack will provide to customer: (i) minor version releases to the Software; (ii) improvement and enhancements to the Software reference manuals made generally available by ITI to its Customers; (iii) notification of major software upgrades. Registered customers, who are active and paid up on support, will receive discounts on major version releases.

Email support is free. Single incident cost starts at $175. Annual support agreement prices vary on the product and number of users. Annual support ranges from $395 to $3,595.
